All of our manufacturers must have an effective Quality Management System as a prerequisite to doing business with us. If ISO9001:2000 is a requirement then our major core suppliers already have the certification and only ISO-certified facilities will be used.

Although a good quality system helps to manufacture a good quality product it does not guarantee it. While Asian companies in general have made significant improvements to their product and process quality over the last few years there is still a need for a level of supervision. Therefore dependent on the requirement, in addition to our factory audits, we offer in-process sample inspection and final product inspection.

We keep a very tight check where there are product standards involved and there must be documented procedures and records of testing performed.
